Terms of Use
Last updated: June 11, 2026. These terms are written in plain English and may be updated as PrairieOps develops.
Using PrairieOps
PrairieOps is provided for coordinating farm operations. Use it for that. Don't attempt to access other farms' data, interfere with the service, or misuse the platform.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. Farm owners and admins are responsible for managing who has access to their farm.
Your farm's data
Your farm's operational records belong to your farm. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information your team enters. We keep it scoped to your farm and don't sell it.
No machinery control
PrairieOps does not control equipment or machinery and does not replace manufacturer systems. It is a coordination and recordkeeping tool. Decisions in the field — operating equipment, performing service, acting on records — are made by people, and responsibility for them stays with the operation.
Service availability
We work to keep PrairieOps available and reliable, but no software is up 100% of the time. The service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. Keep critical safety information somewhere that doesn't depend on an internet connection.
Limitations
PrairieOps is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, PrairieOps is not liable for losses arising from use of the platform — including crop, equipment, or operational losses. Your records are tools to support your judgment, not a replacement for it.
