What PrairieOps is

PrairieOps is a farm operations platform that helps farm teams coordinate daily work, service records, field logs, parts, inputs, and grain inventory, and equipment visibility across a mobile app and a web Hub.

Information we collect

• Account information — name, email, role, and the farm your account belongs to.
• Operational records — tasks, service records, field logs, parts and support requests, equipment records, and messages your team creates while using the platform.
• Technical basics — information needed to keep you signed in and deliver notifications you've enabled.

How data is used

Farm and account data is used to operate the platform for your farm: showing your team its work, keeping records, sending the notifications you've turned on, and providing reporting in the Hub. PrairieOps does not sell farm data.

Farm scoping

All operational data is scoped to your farm. People outside your farm cannot access it, and there is no public access to private farm data.

Integration data

PrairieOps does not currently pull data from external platforms. If integrations are enabled in the future, external data access would be permission-based: granted by the farm, scoped to the farm, and revocable by the farm.

Cookies and analytics

The marketing site does not use analytics or tracking cookies. The app uses only the storage required to keep you signed in and make the app work.
